Gig Workers Hub – Sydney

I advise the NSW Office for the 24-Hour Economy Commissioner on establishing gig worker hubs across New South Wales as part of the Night Worker Action Plan 2025-2028. As founder of Australia's first gig worker hub, I am supporting the project from early planning through implementation—analysing operational models, assessing sites, and ensuring the design responds to workers' needs.

 Delivery Rider Safety – Victoria

I currently advise the Victorian Department of Transport and Planning on a delivery rider safety project concerning algorithmic management, mapping software, labour law, and e-bike legislation. I was also able to connect the department with major delivery platforms. Drawing on my embedded research with delivery riders, I have helped bridge the gap between government, platforms, and workers—connecting the department with major delivery platforms and helping to develop communications strategies that resonate with rider communities.
